09Procurement FAQ

Questions buyers ask

  • Are the boxes delivered flat?

Yes, flat-packed and glued, ready to erect by hand or on a packing line.

  • Can you add a window?

Yes. An rPET window can be added to any size; the box then goes in the paper stream once the window is removed.

  • Can the carton box hold food directly?

Yes, with the food-grade lining, which is compliant to EU 1935/2004. Without it the box is for wrapped goods.

  • What is the minimum order for a printed carton box?

5,000 units in a standard size. A custom size needs a new cutting die and starts at 10,000 units.
