03How an order runs

From first enquiry to delivery, in six steps

  1. Enquiry

    Tell us the product, size, quantity and delivery country. We reply within one working day.

  2. Quotation

    A written quotation with the unit price, lead time and delivery terms.

  3. Design and artwork

    We develop the structure and artwork with you, or check your own artwork on our dieline.

  4. Proof approval

    Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.

  5. Print and finish

    Offset or flexo printing, then lamination, die-cutting and windows as specified.

  6. Despatch

    Goods leave İstanbul under the Incoterm you choose. Transit times and shipping terms are in section 06.

04Quality

Checked at every stage

Four checkpoints on the production floor, backed by one integrated policy for quality, environment and food safety.

Checks during production

  1. Before printing

    Printing plates and colours checked against the approved proof.

  2. On the press

    Colour and register checked at intervals throughout the run.

  3. After finishing

    Finished pieces inspected for cut, fold, glue and print defects.

  4. Before shipment

    Quantity counted and random samples inspected before packing.
