EU PPWR readiness
The dispersion-coated board carries no PE lamination, so the carton enters the paper recycling stream intact. Under the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation this is the difference between a compliant carton and a reformulation project in 2030.
Food contact
Manufactured to EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011. Migration testing certificates are issued per production batch and accompany every export shipment.
Chain of custody
FSC Mix board available on request. Certificate number to confirm. Chain-of-custody documentation travels with the order.

Which certifications does the sushi box carry?

Yes, free and without registration. Download it from the downloads section, design onto it, and send back PDF/X-4.

Can you match a Pantone colour on kraft board?
Yes, with a white underprint. Without it, uncoated kraft shifts a Pantone reference by roughly two to three shades toward brown.

How long does delivery to Germany take?
Production takes 12 to 18 days from proof approval, plus 4 to 7 days road freight from İstanbul to Germany — around 3 to 4 weeks door to door.

Is the Bilir sushi box recyclable in the EU?
Yes. The carton uses dispersion coating rather than PE lamination, so the board enters the kerbside paper stream. The rPET window should be separated first.
